Everybody knows making changes can be hard. We have all signed up to the gym rearing to go in preparation for that ‘summer bod’. However as soon as the beautiful grey cloud emerge we to, like he sun, hibernate and find ourselves soon after hiding in the comfort of our beloved beds. However
there is one problem nobody ever got a six-pack through lying in bed eating doughnuts and ice cream. To get those six-pack abs it takes planning, focus and consistency.
Like the gym we can all find it difficult to achieve what you want. We can find ourselves in perpetual motion constantly looking for the sanctuary of our comfort zone. Comfort however does not get us any closer to making that so needed change in our lives. Now we have both agreed that making change in life can be tough however I am here to tell you that with the right support, belief and guidance positive changes can be made simple and you too can ‘live your best life’.
Hi, my name is Tivan. No I am not a Personal Trainer (only in my past life). I am life coach and im here to help and guide you to make concreate long lasting change by rediscovering your strengths, abilities and unlock your potential, this can include: building relationships, excelling academically.
